Cameroon's Minister of SMEs, Laurent Serge Etoundi Ngoa, announced the participation of Cameroonian SMEs to the Midest Salon 2014, which will run from November 4 to 7, 2014 in Paris, France.
In a statement released by the Minister Etoundi Ngoa, we learnt that the Cameroonian delegation, for this purpose will be constituted of "contractors, PMIs, as well as officials of the award subcontracting and partnership of Cameroon."
According to the Minister for SMEs, the Cameroonian participation at this event in which SMEs will be highlighted, will have three major issues: "improving the participation of SMEs in GDP of Cameroon through subcontracting, the improvement of the quality of implementation of the Public Investment Budget (BIP) and the participation of local SMEs to achieve 30% of major projects" launched by the government.
