Camair Co is now IATA certified

Cameroon Airlines Corporation (Camair Co), the Cameroonian national airline, is now certified IATA (International Airlines Transportation Association), announced its CEO, Nana Sandjo, November 28, 2014. This accreditation was made public after a week of audit and diagnosis of the experts of the world association of air carriers.

Thanks to this certification, we learnt that the Cameroonian air carrier received the recognition of its peers around the world, with regard to the establishment and management of the standards governing the management of the airlines.

With this IATA certification, for example, specified the DG of Camair Co, the company "may claim to sell all of the world's destinations to its passengers. If you are for example in the United States and asked a server, you will see many companies including that of Cameroon in the same system.

Moreover, after this certification, it remains to the Cameroonian public airline to solve the issues of financing and profitability.

Indeed, since the launch of its activities, the company that only works with three aircraft, including one for international travel, survives exclusively from financial infusions of the State, its sole shareholder.

On the current subscription state bond, it is again expected to inject 21 billion Cfa francs in five public corporations, including 3 billion Cfa francs in Camair Co, a company whose debt is currently estimated at more than 20 billion Cfa francs.
