SOPECAM present 2015 budget to staff

Executive Director, Marie-Claire Nnana addressed his staff during the presentation of her action plan for 2015 yesterday in Yaounde.

The bilingual national newspaper "Cameroon Tribune" held its traditional day of impregnation on the budget and the presentation of action plan for the 2015 fiscal year yesterday at its headquarters in Yaounde.

This was done under the leadership of its Director General, Marie-Claire Nnana, assisted by the Deputy Director General, Shey Peter Mabu, director, chief of regional agency, managers and directors, office managers and executives gathered to assess the activities of the past year and how to face the challenges of the new year.

They placed a cap on the completion of large investment projects, including the installation and the commissioning of the new rotary press KBA Comet, the optimal coverage of the Africa Cup of Nations, the increase in the market share of private clients printing products, thanks to a dynamic sales force conquering more and more "aggressive", the improvement of the distribution of Cameroon Tribune.

They also looked at assets that will enable the company to be at the top of the technology in the field of printing and maintain its leadership in the francophone African region.

To accomplish all these objectives, the Director General invited collaborators to focus on performance, an attitude that goes through respect for discipline characterized by punctuality, attendance and the application to work. To continue to meet this challenge, Marie-Claire Nnana borrowed from the thought of Gustave le Bon: "discipline can replace all the qualities, but none replaces discipline." Despite the difficulties encountered in the performance of their duties, the Director-general asked them to maintain a heading of bravery.

"I call particularly on operational managers so that by their sense of leadership, their audacity and their managerial skill, they bring each staff at their disposal, to give the best for the achievement of sectoral and overall business objectives", she said.
