Cameroonian company Tradex, a subsidiary of the National Company of Hydrocarbons (SNH), which is active in trading, marine bunkering and the distribution of petroleum products in some countries of the CEMAC zone, announced an increase of its turnover by 26 per cent at the end of 31December 2013.
Over the same period, said a statement of the Board of Directors held on June 19, 2014, the net result of this company, which also owns subsidiaries in Chad and the Central African Republic grew by 31%.
The allocation of this result, as well as the adoption of the accounts for the year 2013 will be at the centre of a general meeting of shareholders of Tradex, which is convened for July 16, 2014 in Yaoundé, the Cameroonian capital.
Also on the agenda of this GA: is the increase of the share capital of the company by capitalisation of revaluation surplus.
