Thirteen military men have just been remanded in custody at the New Bell central prison in Douala, the economic capital.
The government commissioner of the city of Douala in the Littoral region, has placed 13 military personnel in custody at the New Bell Central Prison.
They are suspected of stealing sensitive materials including gas bottles belonging to the former company Cellulose du Cameroon (Cellucam) in Edea.
They were referred to the penitentiary in the city of Douala, awaiting trial to be held in the Bonanjo military court.
