Robbers steal FCFA 2.1 million in Nkongmondo

Three suspected criminals dressed in military uniforms and armed with a Kalashnikov rifle, made away with FCFA 2.1 million from a shop in the Nkongmodo neighbourhood of Douala near Carrefour Anatol.

According to a complaint by the shop owner and the landlord, the men broke into the shop on October 14, 2015, at 4 pm, held the occupants at gun point and collected the money, a cell phone, IPad and then fled on a motorbike.

The Judicial Police has opened investigations into the incident.
