Fashion festivals are increasingly becoming popular in Cameroon and are hosted not only in the capital Yaounde but also in towns like Bamenda, Buea, Bafoussam among others.
One of such is the first fashion festival in Cameroon, the Annual Fashion Show Week.
The 7th edition of the Annual Fashion Show Week which started last weekend, Saturday, November 29 at a gala evening held at the plush St. John’s Plaza in Douala.
The fashion night saw models, both male and female working the runway clad in unique clothing designs made by some top designers in the country.
Attendees were not left out as they dressed to fit the occasion. It was a night of bliss as performances by artistes like Lady Ponce and Dorca Decca made it a night to remember.
Annual Fashion Show however aims at becoming the first sub-Sahara African festival of style and fashion for black models.
