Cameroonian Afro Pop and Dancehall artiste X-viruz have done it again with another Afro Pop and High Life singer, West Don on the release of the ‘Wadu’ remix video.
The original ‘Wadu’ which was released sometime ago was already receiving massive airplay and the introduction of its remix is something to write home about.
The ‘Wadu’ song talks about gossips and people who go about criticizing others X-viruz also known as the Swagger King made an introduction with “Ven Mahti M Wandu ah!” in the Nso language (one of the languages from the North-West region of Cameroon) which means “People leave me alone”.
In the video, X-viruz could be seen acting as a young man who helped his mother in her small supermarket. He was disrespected by some young ladies and mocked at by two young men who looked down on him.
West Don then came in with “I know wan kongossa pipo..when dey see your thing they go wan to go talk”. This basically means gossips who see what happens with others and discuss it with other people when it does not concern.
The choreography in the video also added some spice to it as both the male and female dancers displayed some interesting dance moves.
