A renowned Nollywood actor, Zack Orji is in Cameroon.
His visit is being perceived as a major boost to the Cameroon film and music industry.
The Nigerian movie star is in Cameroon on the invitation of the Minister of Culture, Ama Tutu Muna.
According to the programme, Zack Orji will hold a five-week working session with actors and musicians in Buea, Douala, Garoua and Yaounde.
In an interview, the Nollywood actor expressed admiration with the talents in Cameroon which he says should be encouraged.
Born in Libreville – Gabon, Zachee Ama Orji (Zack Orji) is not only a Nigerian movie actor but also a director, producer and filmmaker.
He spent part of his childhood in Cameroon, Benin, Togo and Nigeria. He is holder of a BSc in Estate Management.
Zack Orji is married to Ngozi Orji and a father of three. The first film he starred is “The Unforgiven Sin” screened in 1991.
His visit to Cameroon is opportunity for the Cameroon film industry (Collywood) to get inspiration from the Nigerian film industry (Nollywood).
