Frustrated at not being able to adjust his domestic quarrel, Paul Biya rushed back to Cameroon where information indicates a likely attack against the palace of Etoudi by an armed group from Central African Republic.
Couple with social and multiplied public demands on his counterinsurgency law, and in his haste to resolve the non-payments of money disbursed for the hiring of his private plane since 2012 by the Director of civil cabinet, Belinga Eboutou.
The Cameroonian president has abandoned about 50 soldiers of his presidential guard on European soil.
As Camair-co flights have been banned from landing on European territory by the Aviation Authority, Elements of the Cameroon presidential guard are currently strutting the halls of a Paris airport with know information which way to turn to.
Upon his return from his 29 days ‘short stay’ in Europe ,Mr Biya immediately requested all files of Camair-co and most especially we are told, that the Cameroonian strong man has prescribed particular interest on the detailed information about Ohio based American Boeing consulting Ltd.
Its relationship with Boeing manufacturing, how it came to Cameroon and who owns it. (*note- it is owned by American busiman Edward boeing, google can help verify if in doubt).
Interesting as this may seem the report of Boeing consulting which was suspiciously handed to transport Minister, Alain Mebe Ngoh recently is missing in the compiled file summited at the President’s request.
It is not clear yet who paid for this American Boeing report and why the Minister of Transport has been walking with this report under his armpit since it was handed on the 15 of June 2016 to him in ‘a just for the camaras event’ in his office in Yaounde. Till date,no one has seen the so call Boeing consulting report.
We do not know if the request for the file of Camair-co is as a result, his body guard stranded in Europe or if the head of state wants to remove the ‘rotten egg’ Camair-co from the Cameroonian air space for good.
Camair is one of the few public companies in Cameroon which has escaped privatization.
It continues existence has allowed Biya’s men (Akame mfoumou,Ferdinard Ngoh and Nana Sandjo) to build huge personal fortunes through retro-commissions collected from partners of the state airline company which has been plagued in managerial crisis since its creation and is in constant need for state subsidies (taxpayer money) from the MINFI.
To Head Camair-co, like any other public company in Cameroon, the candidate does not need to have a brilliant managerial experience or in possession of a management diploma. All it takes is a motion of support to the Biya regime and his candidature.
At the time when this public company is bankrupt the current DG of Camair-co, Jean Paul Nana Sandjo who is the 5th DG since the creation of Camair-co by presidential decree in 2011,only holds his post thanks to his friend and accomplice Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, the current Secretary General at the Presidency of the Republic Cameroon (SG/PRC).
In the resume of Jean Nana Sandjo , it is not clear whether he attended any graduate high school of management or has successfully managed some major public company.
But it is widely reported that his appointment stems from the fact that he is a childhood friend Ferdinard Ngoh is the SG of the Presidency of the Republic.
Before his appointment, Jean-Pierre Nana Sandjo was a service provider to Camair-Co.he was also the Boss of Douala based business aviation services (supplier of airplane spare parts), which had problems with orthodoxy procurement few years ago.On his LinkedIn account, Nana Sandjo says he is the Owner of Gns International in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
When Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh was on duty at the Diplomatic Mission of Cameroon to the United Nations in New York City, he and Nana Sandjong were partners in a shady import business and the sale of cars in Cameroon.
In the end, Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh and Nana Sandjo appeared in court, which convicted them of fraud in the sale of vehicles. This happened after Abdou Djibril made the mistake of yielding to the invitation of Ngoh Ngoh to ship Abdou cars to Cameroon in his container.
At the destination in Douala, Nana Sandjo sold Abdou’s cars and he and his partner Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh shared the money of the sold cars between them. Abdou Djibril could not recover his money through the Cameroonian courts though.
So since his accomplice is in car import business was selling airplane parts,Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh sought his appointment from the head of state and he was placed at the head of this public company where he has been diverting funds from Camair-co to his offshore bank account through co-billing. He also gets a 6% commission on every deal with AWJ aircraft engine leasing company based in the Isle of Man, on every service offered Camair-co.
We are told that currently, Nana Sandjo must fall because of the bankruptcy of the company. As another shark of the Biya regime, Alain Mebe Ngo’o is already preparing his own pawn to replace him, under the pretext of the Camair-co audit.
