Challenging Biya and his acolytes might be suicide!!!

President Biya cannot give up his ambition to regulate and control everything in Cameroon. At 81, the lion man is still wasting time, money and energy to enhance his political image both at home and abroad and nobody is raising a finger against his failed policies.

The reason is because Biya is aware that more criminals are militating in his CPDM just to cover up for crimes they have committed against our nation. Consequently, anyone who attempts to challenge Biya and his acolytes is virtually beginning a journey of many dangers.

For instance,Chief Ephraim Inoni and Prof. Ephraim Ngwafor have been best of friends!! But if Ngwafor attempts to speak publicly on the Inoni affair, it is evident that Ngwafor's file at the University of Yaounde II Soa may be open.

Not even Chief Barrister Tabetando whom Inoni gave the Euro Oil licence could even come to his defense! If Tabetando takes that road, it will of course lead to the end of Euro oil. Hon. Ebong Ngole does not turn to Barrister Mrs Helen Ebai who is one of the refine legal brains at SONARA for all these years.

Barrister Helen Ebai will certainly not even accept to be counsel for Ebong Ngole for fear that the worries expressed by some SWELANS some years ago over the liquidation of the National Produce Marketing Board asserts might be revisited. So the one time Maradona of South West politics is now relying on his Bakossi God son Ebah Justice Ntoko and Gilbert Abunaw.

Fonjidam Zacheus solicited the services of our Late Innocent Bonu, mindful of his long standing relationship with Barrister Nico Hale. The truth is Hale Nico's lucrative private legal deals stamped by the state are far too juicy.

Luke Sendze was once the most prominent lawyer in Cameroon and it can be argued the best west of the Mungo! He lost everything when he joined forces with the SDF. His wife was locked up and his children became ordinary asylum seekers in the USA. Barrister Hale Nico is very much aware of this kind of CPDM reaction.

Interestingly, our SONARA Bassa brother Metouck recruited Ngalle Monono as his counsel. Where are his top CPDM pals in the judiciary? Magistrate Tassi handed him a six year jail term at the Limbe court of first instance. He has since then been moved from Buea Central prison to Kondengui in Yaounde.

Barrister Ngalle Monono filed an appeal but the case is taking more than a year to be heard. Why? Metouck's problem is simple: He gave a contract in SONARA to a company Minister Laurent Esso did not like while he was Secretary General at the presidency.

Esso teleguided his demise and is now using his powers as Minister for Justice to humiliate Metouck. That is why the SW court of appeal is maintaining a kind of deliberate silence over the matter to the annoyance of his counsel Ngalle Monono.

When Metouck was arrested, Hon. John Ebong Ngole was implicated as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SONARA. The CPDM went ahead and removed his name as their senatorial candidate for Kupe Manenguba. The great Ebong Ngole now seeks help from the young Barrister Ntoko. They only know their God children when they are in crisis!!

The Supreme Court on the 30/04/2014 discharged Ekodo Nkotto from his 15 years jail term in the Douala Ports scandal. As I write, he is still in jail waiting for the day Laurent Esso will decide to release him!! These and many more explains why real and productive change will hardly come to Cameroon under the present circumstances.
