How NQSA Escaped Relegation Going by FECAFOOT laws, in the case where two or more teams are tied on points, the ranking is based on goal difference. The first step is to take into consideration the head to head contest.

According to Article 16 of the Professional Championship Regulations, in the event of a tie between two clubs at the end of the last day of the Championship, the ranking is established as follows:

- The standing of the clubs take into account their particular goal difference. The particular goal difference represents the results obtained by each of the clubs concerned during the home and away matches with the opposite during the event

- If still tied, there will be a playoff organized according to regulations possibly with extra time and penalty shoot

Article 17: In case of a tie between more than two clubs at the end of the championship, the clubs are decided as follows:

11 a) - a special ranking taking into account only the meetings have opposed in home and away matches is established

- If the tie persists, it will be considered using the best attack resulting from the particular classification referred to in (a) above

- If the tie persists, it will be considered through the best defense resulting from the particular classification referred to in (a) above

- If any of the criteria set out above cannot decide, it will be decided through a tournament that will be held between the clubs; each match of that tournament must necessarily determine the winner. Extensions are played in a tie at the end of normal time in each game, possibly followed by penalties. After the tournament, a classification is established according to the number of points obtained in accordance with paragraph 2 above.
