CONSUPE mission to control investment budget

A mission of greater control of the State recently arrived in Douala, according to Ms. Belombe Dissak, Inspector of State aimed for representations of the ministries in the Littoral, "controlling the Budget of public investment at the regional level and at the departmental level".

It was to see how money allocated to investment projects is spent. The overall objective of this initiative put in place on high education of the head of State is also stated by Belombe Dissak: "What we expect from our interlocutors, is that they permeate the good governance". This control mission focuses on 160 projects for almost 30 billion F.

September 3, during a meeting between the envoys of CONSUPE and the regional delegates of the Littoral, Belombe Dissak explained the raison d'etre of this working visit.

A list of documents are to be provided, ranging from procurement to payment, through the execution of contracts, has been awarded to each participant. State Inspector recommended inter alia delegates franche collaboration and usability with the team of CONSUPE and speed during the work.

For this control mission in the littoral, two teams are on the ground. These verification operations were launched in 2006.
