Almost beaten to death and left in a gutter at the Melen neighborhood last Saturday, Tabie Clarkson is in critical condition.

The man, we learn from the daily Le Messager on newsstands this Monday, July 11, 2016, was found lying in a pool of blood by passers-by and taken to a health facility last Sunday at dawn.
While he returned home in the night of Saturday, he was squeezed by a group of robbers whose violence and animosity equaled the critical state in which he was abandoned.
To believe to sources close to the victim, the incident occurred at Melen neighborhood. After brutally molested and stared, his tormentors he thinks he can identify stripped of his identification and his cellphone.
To believe him, he almost lost his life for reasons that have so far not been elucidated. Currently employed at the private television channel Canal 2 International, the unfortunate who could undergo surgery, runs the risk of losing the use of his left eye, the paper says.
