Raymond Moungan has been elected the new regional president of syndicat des Transporteurs routiers (Transport Union) in the Littoral.
He was appointed on Tuesday in Douala, at the end of a fairly stormy election. Elected for a 5 -year mandate, the new president has declared his intention to discuss the difficulties encountered by passengers and also find a framework to conveniently convey cargo.
The representative of the regional delegate of labour and social security indicated that road transport in Cameroon is vital to our economy, it is essential to preserve unity and social dialogue, adding that the doors of the Ministry will be always open for passengers in order to resolve any conflicts that may arrive in the course of carrying out their duties.
