The Yaounde court of first instance has rendered its verdict in the case opposing the president of Fecafoot, Tombi A Roko against the UBA and Ecobank upholding the decision of the banks to frozen the accounts of the federation following the verdict of the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Olympic committee annulling the entire election process that led to the election of Tombi A Roko as president.
In a related development, the case pitting Abdouraman against Tombi at the Court of Arbitration in Sports is reportedly resumed on May 19 and is well on course after the preliminary findings.
