Volker Finke returns to Yaounde

The final list of the players selected to take part in the final phase of the African Cup of Nations, Equatorial Guinea 2015 are expected no later than Wednesday, January 7 by the Confederation of African football.

Coaches of the 16 national teams who qualified for Equatorial Guinea have another three days to confirm their selection for this tournament.

Unlike his peers, Hervé Renard of Côte d'Ivoire or Christian Gourcuf of Algeria who presented their selection by directly calling 23 players, Volker Finke, head of Cameroon's Indomitable Lions coach is forced to remove a player because he summoned 24 players for the preparatory course.
