  Mobile chat applications like whatsapp and viber have not recognized the change from 8 to 9 digits thus the switch is affecting these applications. All Cameroon contacts in your phone which have been switched to 9 digits are not found on these apps. So its best we something is done about that by contacting the technical team of these apps asap.
