  Careful, Mister Ambassador. They are gonna say all the right things because they are in a very tight spot right now. And also if the United States gives them its stamp of approval, they are going to use it as proof that there are no problems in the country. I understand that you are trying to do the right thing because people out there need a lot of help but it's a delicate situation. But I trust that you will know how to handle it.....
