Twenty-three Cameroonian athletes have so far grabbed tickets for the Olympic Games of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in August 2016.

Below is the list of the athletes who have qualified for the competition:

- Fourteen volleyball Lionesses

- Three female wrestlers of the 75kg category:

i. Ali Annabel Laure

ii. Muambo Ndolo Rebecca

iii.Emilienne Essombe Tiako

- Two female judokas:

i.Vanessa Mballa Atangana of the 78kg category

ii.Helen Wezeu Dombeu of the 63kg category

- One triple jump athlete: Joelle Sandrine Mbeumi (awaiting long jump qualification)

- Three male boxers:

i.Seiyi Wilfred of the 75kg category

ii.Mahaman Smaila of the 64kg category

iii.Simplice Fotsala of the 46 – 49 kg category
