Another Cameroonian athlete, Vanessa Mballa Atangana has qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games to take place in Rio de Janiero, Brazil from August 5 to 21.

The athlete grabbed her ticket after winning two gold medals in the 78kg category at the just-ended Judo Qualification Tournament in Tunisia.

Vanessa’s victory also made her African champion at the competition.

The athlete is the second Cameroonian judoka to qualify for the games.

Vanessa Mballa Atangana was born on January 5, 1992 in Bikoko.
