The Indomitable lions of Cameroon are bracing themselves up for a return leg match against Niger to be played in Cameroon.

The match which comes as one of the qualifier matches for the 2018 World Cup in Russia will be played today, November, 17 at the Yaounde Omnisport Stadium.

Ahead of this crucial match, the Cameroon National team after defeating Niger, 3-0 on Friday, November 13 hurriedly rushed home for preparations.

Upon arrival, they were camped at the CAF Excellence Centre in Mbankomo outskirts of Yaounde, where they have been carrying out training sessions and psychological preparations.

Speaking during a press conference in Mbankomo, the Indomitable Lions Captain, Stephane Mbia, said everyone is totally engaged because the antelopes of Niger are not easy nuts to crack.

He conferred on the determination of his teammates and the technical desk that has been on the offensive to ensure a victorious outing for the lions.

The Coach, Alexandre Belinga, admitted that will be a difficult one but said he counts so much on the "discipline and professionalism of his boys."

It is worth noting that since the return of the Lions, mock matches have been organised during training sessions meanwhile players keep fit to ensure no embarrassments.

Njie Clinton told the press that he is regaining his form after sustaining three injuries in his Premiere League club, Tottenham Hotspurs.

As the players prepare ahead of the match, Cameroonians are also prepared to welcome nothing but victory as many say it will be a shame if they are beaten in their home.
