Cronos Airline offers cheap flights for Lions' supporters

The Equato-Guinean company is offering a special flight at a lower cost from Douala starting January 20. So many fans of the Indomitable Lions can take advantage of the geographical proximity of the Africa Nations Cup, which takes place in Equatorial Guinea from January 17 to February 8, 2015.

Tuesday, January 20, 11:15 am, Douala, Cronos Airlines (with no flight Tuesday) organizes a special flight that will allow fans of the Lions reach the country of Obiang Nguema, in 30 minutes. The said flight is one-way, and it costs 81,000 Francs Cfa, while the return flight costs 134,000 FCFA.

"The objective of this measure is to allow fans to arrive in Equatorial Guinea on time, in order to properly settle at their hotels, before following the 1st match of Cameroon in the evening," said Zacharie Mampouya, commercial Director of Cronos Airlines, to the press on 16th January in Yaoundé.

"The return trip is anticipated on the evening of the day after the match. This will also allow supporters to explore Equatorial Guinea," he said. Everything will not stop at the opening match of Cameroon against Mali on Tuesday, January 20.

According to officials, people wanting to follow the AFCON, will benefit from regular flights of Cronus Airlines, Douala to Malabo at the rates mentioned above.

In addition, Zacharie Mampouya said that "everything has been implemented by Cronos Airlines, to ensure the fluidity of movement of the supporters of the Indomitable Lions.
