Enoh monitored by medics for fear of breakdown

Eyong Enoh, midfielder of the Lions was removed from the field as a result of an injury in the 17th minute of play in the Mali-Cameroon (1-1) game played at the stadium in Malabo. The Lions medical team feared a breakdown that could keep him two weeks away.

After the shock suffered during the match against Mali, Eyong Tarkang Enoh, was forced to prematurely leave the field. The Indomitable Lions medical team thus fears a breakdown of the Standard Liège who was replaced by Franck Kom.

"We will watch him for two or three days since there is the possibility to do MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) here in Malabo", said Vincent dePaul Atangana, Team Press Officer of the national team of Cameroon.

If the hypothesis is confirmed, Cameroonian midfielder who is one of key players in the German coach Volker Finke device may be sidelined for almost two weeks, which could mean the end of the AFCON for former Ajax Amsterdam player.
