As in the case of Ivory Coast star Gervinho, Cameroonian Enoh Eyong Tarkang will not be able to play any match for the remaining part of the first round of the final phase of AFCON 2015 in Guinea Equatorial.
After having been programmed for a medical treatment in Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon, the technical staff of the Cameroonian team finally confirmed Eyong's transfer for examination to a hospital in Malabo.
The verdict of the medical team noted that the Indomitable Lions midfielder is suffering from a muscle legion and was given ten days rest. Therefore, he is not eligible for matches against Guinea Conakry on January 24 and January 28 against Côte d'Ivoire.
He will return to the competition at the quarter-finals if only the team, qualify for the second round.
