Former Lions meet Prime Minister

Former players today met with the Prime Minister, Philemon Yang as part of the on-going investigations on the failed 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

President Biya gave the Prime Minister a month to investigate the causes of the Lions poor performance and indiscipline during the World Cup in Brazil.

The lions crashed out of the World Cup with no point, conceding nine goals and displaying a poor discipline record. Song hit Mario Manzukic with his elbow, Assou Ekotto and Moukandjo offering a fight to the world.

Lions4life.com learnt that the former lions met the Roving Ambassador Roger Milla at his residence from where they later came to the Prime Minister’s office.

The outcome of their meeting has not been made public but it is already known that former players decry being sidelined from football management.

More likely they would make their position known to the Prime Minister.
