The Ministry of Interior has ordered an investigation following the death of the JS Kabylie Cameroonian player Albert Ebossé Bodjongo on Saturday evening, who was hit by a projectile thrown from the stands during a football match.
The Ministry also ordered the immediate arrest of the perpetrators of the crime so as to bring them to justice, the Ministry of Interior and Local authorities told APS Saturday evening.
The Cameroonian striker, who played for the JS Kabylie, passed away on Saturday evening after he was hit by a projectile thrown from the stands after his team's defeat, as part of Algerian League 1's second day of the championship.
Ebossé (24) was rushed after the incident to the hospital of Tizi Ouzou province where he passed away.
