50 million FCFA was presented to the top five clubs of the national first division football championship this Friday.
The Professional Football League of Cameroon award this Friday awarded the first five clubs of National Championship Ligue 1 classification. It was a solemn ceremony at the Djeuga Palace Hotel in Yaoundé.
The first, Cotton Sport de Garoua, champions of Cameroon, received a cheque for 20 million FCFA. The second, Cosmos de Bafia received the sum of FCFA 15 million. The third, Unisport de Bafang, got a bonus of 10 million FCFA.
The fourth, UMS de Loum, received six million FCFA. As to the fifth, Apejes of Mfou, they carried away four million FCFA.
The best player in Ligue 1, Kamilou Daouda; and the top scorers of the season were also celebrated.
