Rigobert Song: "I am not dead"

The former captain of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, Rigobert Song was cut short Friday at the crazy rumor, announcing his death.

"Don't be afraid to say that you have learned that I was dead. Me too, I heard this news. And I do not hide that I am glad to hear from you, because I know that you are professional and credible. At least, I know that the right information will be published. And as you can see, I am alive and well," said Rigobert Song, the Cameroon team manager.

The former international has accused his detractors in the national team of Cameroon of intending to destabilize the selection in full readiness to confront the DRC as part of the qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2015).

"I have my little idea of individuals who can do this sort of thing. I believe that they are the same ones who said earlier that Stéphane MBia did not want to be Captain. For me, it is clear: there is a willingness to destabilize the team. I am doing very well," assured Song.

The former captain of the Cameroon team regrets the mentality of some Cameroonians who seek evil for their national team.
