Following the second test match played on last Friday the 25th of June at the Limbe Omnisport Stadium, the Lionesses trashed the SW Selection 10-1.

The first three goals were scored within 10 minutes and seven in the first half.

Focus on the training today was on ball conservation and finishing and later in the evening, deep stretching.

The players took advantage to play some childhood games.
