Yannick Ndjeng seeks a comeback to national team

Joseph Yannick Ndjeng, Cameroonian international of Espérance in Tunis, who just recovered from an injury noted that he wants to return to the national team.

"My first ambition is to come back to the national team which I miss so much. I have many friends there and I have this burning desire because I was once there. I have the impression that I failed to settle there so I really want to show them that I'm capable of doing something," he told Cameroon - info.NET.

He was speaking at the end of the encounter of the sixteenth final of the CAF Champions League, which his team won (1-0) Sunday, March 15, 2015 against Cosmos du Mbam at the Reunification stadium in Douala.

The player who had been away for several weeks in August 2014 has resolutely gone back to work to achieve this goal which is obviously crucial for the rest of his career.

"I work hard every day to be called back to the team. I am a young player so I hope and I believe that it is possible. If I am successful, I think that I'll come back to the team. The most important thing for me now is to continue working hard as the doors are open to everyone. The national team is a team for all Cameroonians so I desire to excel in order to be called back to the national team", he said.
