  That bill was designed to protect Cameroonians. It was meant to clamp down on any one opposing the regime even with no arms and as such perpetrate an eternal rule of the CPDM in Cameroon. Any bill intended to foster the conditions of living of Cameroonians cannot be passed in "parliament".What a shame?
